This blog is setup because we want to share more information about deafness online. By providing awareness to the members of public, we hope to help them to prevent deafness or help people already with deafness to cope with their hearing loss. Helping people around the deaf understand their conditions and lifestyles would hopefully make it a more understanding and wonderful world.

My aunt has been sitting on a wheelchair for almost 10 years now, so from her I learnt a lot about disabilities and how they can be neglected unintentionally at times. I hope with the information found on this blog will help people understand needs and wants of people who are hard of hearing or deaf.
